Based on its up to date machinery and technical expertise, TAYLOR’S HOISTS were selected by main contractor BAM, to work on the £100 million C4.1 new building. The mixed use development in Milton Keynes incorporates a 100,000 sq ft supermarket, 441 residential units and 35,000 sq ft of retail and office space.
A specialist 2m wide, 2,600kg capacity machine was implemented to transport hot asphalt dumper to the roof. As well as this, the site received the cost saving benefits of TAYLOR’S HOISTS’ driverless machines, eliminating the need to employ a full time driver.
